Caster Chronicles Comics RETURN!

Hello my fellow Casters,

This is the CEO of Speedrobo Games, Rhydon, speaking.

I wanted to take some time today to talk about how the Caster Chronicles project is going, show some exciting new things for you to enjoy, and talk a little bit about our company’s goals with the Caster Chronicles.

To get everyone up to speed, The Caster Chronicles is a cult classic card game that was first created by the Force of Will company, and later was in the capable hands of our friends at TCG Co. Sadly, The Caster Chronicles came to an end officially early in 2025.

We have been working hard behind the scenes to collect, restore, and repost as much information from The Caster Chronicles as possible. As most of you know, the original website for The Caster Chronicles is offline and is not recoverable. This means that a lot of information and supplementary media for the game is now lost to time. We have been working hard to correct this.

As such, we have just uploaded the first of the Caster Chronicles comics! This is the first issue of Saaya’s adventure. For all of the comics, we are going to be uploading any and all original versions that we have been given by TCG Co. In addition, we will be re-translating all of the comics into English and making slight adjustments as needed. Why do we have to re-translate? Well, that’s because as far as we know, the original English translations for the majority of the comics are now completely lost to history. In addition, many comics from the game’s history were never translated. Therefore we will be translating those into English for the first time. If we do have access to the original English version of any of the comics, those will be uploaded as well.

So, why are we doing this? I knew I had to get my hands on the license for Caster Chronicles in part because I am a big believer in the importance of game preservation. As a fan of the Caster Chronicles TCG, I was kicking myself for not taking better care and documenting as much of the game information as I could while the website was still online. Therefore, the moment I saw the website for The Caster Chronicles go offline, I knew I had to step in. Preserving this game has always been a big and important part of what we are doing and why we are doing it. That’s why we are here and that’s why we are posting the original versions of the comics as well as our new translations.

You will be seeing the rest of the comics go live over the coming weeks. I hope you all enjoy! You can read them here https://speedrobogames.com/games/the-caster-chronicles/caster-chronicles-comics/.

Thank you for your support of us and the Caster Chronicles. I cannot wait to start playing this game once again in June 2026.

Sincerely,
Rhydon Vassay
