In constructed play, Void has been a secondary element choice more often than was originally desired. Hastur was a central piece of the standard void package due to its easy access to powerful and fast removal. The change to Last Words slows the card down substantially in decks not designed to specifically take advantage of it. This change will also allow for additional interaction within the element and open up more interesting combos for players.
